The system itself is very easy to access. The Computerised Purchase System (CPS) has been installed so that on the computer desktop, there is a little icon with "Stay Up Forever" underneath it. Your computer desktop is what you are presented with when your computer has finished loading. It is from here that you can access your computer programmes and windows.

Once you double-click on this icon, the system will start loading. You will be presented with a little box for you type in the password. This password must not be divulged to anyone outside of the company. The password will be changed every fortnight for security reasons. Your manager will notify you of the current password. Once you type in the password, the loading will continue.
